franck's Bio

I am a Full Professor of Differential Psychology at the Université de Paris and head of the Applied Psychology and Ergonomics Lab (https://lapea.recherche.parisdescartes.fr). After my dissertation about emotion and creativity, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Institut Gustave Roussy in psycho-oncology where he examined the the quality of life of patients of patients in light of the doctor-patient relationships. I then received funding from the Foundation of France to study specific emotional and creative abilities of gifted individuals. I am conducting researches focusing on (1) creativity and imagination (2) emotional intelligence / empathy, (3) and skills development. I teach courses in theories of intelligence, personality, psychology of training, research methods in behavioral sciences, differential psychology, personality at work, psychology of creativity, individual differences in emotion. After being head of studies of the Economics and Psychology master Program (Université de Paris & Université Panthéon Sorbonne) , i am currently director, of the AIRE Master Program / Learning science track at the CRI.
